You will begin to feel like a robot. Despite being trained in everything and having a variety of different types of calls, everything becomes repetitive, you're spitting out the same script over and over, your calls are usually constant and back to back, you don't really get a breather in between, and where they used to allow us to occupy ourselves with coloring, puzzles, diamond paintings, etc. while talking, when we aren't doing anything on the computers, they now expect us to stare at a wall. I worked there for 5 years and while I do highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a comfy job, especially straight out of school, this job made me feel so burnt out and dead inside. It's been 5 months, I'm still recovering.

*Poor management. *poor communication *baffling decision making *inability to communicate with staff without getting angry *frequent layoffs *lied on reviews for supervisors and employees alike. *broke state laws around bereavement and punished folks for uncontrollable events.
