You can join a decent union.

Cons

Low pay, not adjusted for HCOL area, not a living wage. Good luck getting ahold of a person at CDWA. Care coordinators are badly overworked and underpaid, and not unionized. So many stupid hoops to jump through.

-There are people who have been with them a long time that are amazing. -The services that are offered to their participants

Cons

-No in-depth training -Zero willingness for change from Sr. Management -Upper Management doesn’t care about staff just numbers. -Will lock your salary when hiring because they keep it “Equal”. Code for you are going to do way more work but we can’t afford it. - Will constantly tell you to just do it with zero guidance
