Close to 270 and dining areas nearby.

Cons

When the call volume is high this supervisors do not give the phone to assist they do not let us go to lunch or break when the volume is high. I have also gotten bitten by bedbugs twice. If you suck up to the supervisors you get far

Great and varied client brands (no slimy outbound sales) who share product and performance awards with our employees. A fair pay for performance pay system; if your attendance is good and you pay attention to KPIs and hit them, you do make good money. Lots of opportunity to advance to line management ranks with the way this company is expanding. Contrary to one past review, I have found this company to be welcoming without regard to gender, race, age, religion or sexual orientation. Refreshing.

Does require patience with customers (and colleagues) some days, and your work hours are usually pretty busy.
