1. I work for an awesome account. 2. Management is always on point when I need them to be. 3. I actually like getting up and coming into work. 4. I am thankful for this job.

Pros

A lot of opportunity here, for everyone regardless of experience or education. Management is very helpful and resourceful, especially when it comes to personal development-they want everyone to be successful! There are constant incentives for various goals, monthly "fun calendars" and the atmosphere is very pleasant and positive. The culture is very diverse and this is one of the few places I've worked where everyone is treated like they matter. This is a great place to work if your goal is longevity and career building, but also if you are just looking for a nice place to work with great compensation.

Cons

The company is growing so fast that sometimes individual departments are periodically understaffed while they catch up, but that is to be expected for a newer company that is as successful as this one. I have no complaints.

Pros

Its call center work. Pay is okay, job is mostly easy if you have a quarter of a brain. Easy to get promoted if you know who to ingratiate yourself on and do your job well. Easy to get hired and mostly no hassle.

Cons

Bed bugs. Its a problem in call centers yet they did nothing to fix it when I was there. Payroll is terrible - was repeatedly missing pay from my checks and promised to be made up "on the next check" and never did. They owe me about 60 hours of backpay currently and keep blowing me off now that I'm a former employee. I recommend people with similar issues look into a class action suit - CallTech/Teleperformance (also a call center in Columbus) pulled the same stuff when it was run by the same people that run the Hilliard ContactUs and got slapped pretty hard for it. Its call center work - it generally sucks.
