I'm so sorry to hear that this wasn't the best experience for you. I appears, from your comments, as though you were in training during your time with us. I will say, we do have pretty strict procedures for training. At ContactUS we take training very, very seriously because it is so important that we train and prepare employees to be successful. When time is missed in training it not only sets that employee back but potentially the class, too. I can promise you that our employees are not disposable, in fact they are quite the opposite.
