I was able to get experience in a new field.

Cons

I was micromanaged, berated and accused of being a racist. Coworkers were threatened by me and my ability and I knew I had outgrown the job. I recently withdrew my 'retirement' it it took a month to get because no one answers the phone at the company. Turnover rate is very high and their pay is well below average. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
