As a seasoned new hire it was very easy to blend in with my team. We communicate well and our leadership has a clear path of objectives to complete.

Cons

Health insurance cost is high.

This company seems to be fantastic with working with it's employees. The training has been exceptional. The hiring process was relatively easy.

We aren't always perfect, so we welcome feedback around ways you think something can be improved. Who better to share that knowledge than those employees who have gone through the process?! We are currently working to review all benefits, go to market to make sure what we provide our employees are competitive and the best the market has to offer in our industry.
