Pros

ContactUS stays loyal to those who are loyal to them. They give opportunity after opportunity to advance and prove yourself, then when able will reward you. This company tries exceptionally hard to make sure good agents keep their jobs. A lot of the account managers bend over backwards to make sure employees are happy and accomadated.

Cons

High Turnover rate (Which is normal for a call center).

Pros

Great people and a great culture. Management is understanding and will work with you. Come to work on time, treat all parties (Customers, Coworkers, Management) with respect and you shall get respected back. Everyone is there to help and it shows.

Cons

Chairs. Chairs are horrible and need to be addressed. We spend anywhere from 8 - 12+ hours sitting down: help us be comfortable. Comfortable employees are more enthusiastic, more productive, more prone to stay with the company. No questions asked. This may not be a huge complaint, but take it from me, you need to invest in some quality chairs for your employees. You will profit.

Administration Staff is very approachable and present, they do an amazing job of making the work environment fun and laid back, lots of events and incentives, great benefits, pay, and advancement opportunities

Cons

days can be slow, not much flexibility to schedule, and the calls get hard to hear when it rains due to lack of ceiling insulation
