Pros

There are no Pros working for this company

Cons

They hire a bunch of people when one of their clients have sales then when the sale is over they fire everyone. They claim you are not allowed to eat on the floor but everyone does. Agents are constantly pulling out their cell phones while working. Agents are getting high on their lunch breaks. Agents constantly talking to one another you can barely hear the customers on the phone. This place is a joke.

Pros

Friendly work environment. Staff was great to work with.

Cons

Not being able to issue resolved inhouse. If you need to request day off. Or if you had system issues you could not just tell your manager/supervisor and they go an fix it. You had email your supervisor what you needed. Then they had to send an email to someone else that was in a completely different state. Not knowing if the issues was handled or not.
