What a great new atmosphere

Pros

I have worked for the same client for approximately six years. Just recently we had the privilege of becoming part of the ContactUS team. Let me start by saying the difference from what used to be is like night and day. It really helps to boost morale when the efforts the employees put forth, are actually acknowledge. We have gone under a complete makeover, from the energy of the building to the building itself. It's nice to enjoy actually coming to work again.

Cons

So far so good, I can't provide a con.

This company seems to be fantastic with working with it's employees. The training has been exceptional. The hiring process was relatively easy.

Cons

Benefit program is not the greatest

We aren't always perfect, so we welcome feedback around ways you think something can be improved. Who better to share that knowledge than those employees who have gone through the process?! We are currently working to review all benefits, go to market to make sure what we provide our employees are competitive and the best the market has to offer in our industry. Pros

With ContactUs, I have the feeling that I matter, that the job that I do is measured and critical to the client's future. I have only been with ContactUs for 4 months and they have exceeded my expectations as a company.

Cons

The only thing that I can say, is the benefits are not the best.

We are not successful as a company if we don't have highly dedicated and passionate employees like you... heck, our clients aren't successful without employees like you! Since you're still relatively new with ContactUS, definitely keep us in the loop on areas you think we can continue to improve. Feedback from the employees are of the utmost importance to us! We are currently reviewing all benefits as we near 2017 open enrollment. We are going to market for everything to make sure we present the absolute best option(s) to our employees and remain competitive in the market.
