Thanks for the feedback! Over the past year we have been making training & development a top priority and I'm glad to hear it's been beneficial. We aren't always perfect, so we welcome feedback around ways you think something can be improved. Who better to share that knowledge than those employees who have gone through the process?! We are currently working to review all benefits, go to market to make sure what we provide our employees are competitive and the best the market has to offer in our industry. We are not successful as a company if we don't have highly dedicated and passionate employees like you... heck, our clients aren't successful without employees like you! Since you're still relatively new with ContactUS, definitely keep us in the loop on areas you think we can continue to improve. Feedback from the employees are of the utmost importance to us! We are currently reviewing all benefits as we near 2017 open enrollment. We are going to market for everything to make sure we present the absolute best option(s) to our employees and remain competitive in the market.
