Pros

None at this time as it is a toxic work environment with horrible leadership!!!!!! Stay away from this company!

Cons

This is the worst company to work for in the United States. It is funny that this company is still in business as it has so many law suits against them for Discriminatory behaviors. Any company that would place their business in the hands of Contact US Communication is truly playing with fire. If you need a job please do not let this to be your place of employment, as this company will not treat you with respect. Many work affairs from executives down to account managers. Anyone with integrity leaves the company. Stay away from this company!

Pros

I been working with the company for 3 years and I love the environment. ContactUS is great at investing time and supplying the tools in it's employees to make them successful.

Cons

In peak season it's hard to find a parking spot :)

Coworkers are amazing and work well together.

Cons

Horrible management. CEO doesn't care about their employees. HR has no idea how to do their job. This company doesn't follow its on rules and regulations. It terminates people with out investigating any claims.

Good morning! Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. It definitely appears we did not do a good job in making you see all the success we are experiencing as an entire company. I do understand that, at times, investigations seem lengthy especially when multiple people and sources are involved. However, we must do the right thing and always complete a full investigation. Trust me, we all want resolution as soon as possible but sometimes it takes time. We're excited to be expanding our HR department in the PA location! We have someone who will be joining us with a great deal of experience and many folks there already know and trust. It's going to be a major win! Our CEO, Trevor, cares a great deal about our employees. It's tough having the majority of the executives in a different state - having to rely on e-mails and phone calls just isn't the same as face to face interaction! We do have executives that travel to the PA location on a regular basis. We also have executives that hold formal executive round table discussions as part of our "Cares Tour" which is wildly successful. A great way for employees, at all levels, to share thoughts, concerns, etc. with executives so we can enact change! Again, it appears we did not do a good job at impressing you with everything we're doing as a rapidly growing and successful organization. For that I'm deeply sorry. But we wish you nothing but great success!
