Pros

Good group of people, everyone pitches in to help out. I worked at the Columbus location. They got us employee discounts at all the restaurants nearby. They updated the break room and put in a smoker's shelter when I was there. Seemed like the management is always trying to make things better.

Cons

Training and continuing education could always be better.

Pros

So far, I've been here for 8 months and overall its a good company. It's a laid back and fun environment, but still professional enough to be taken seriously. The company itself does a lot for the employees. Seems to be like there's room to move up into the company.

Cons

So far not to many cons, sometimes the management seems to not be on the same page but thats the same with most companies.

Pros

The only pro for me is that the job is not far from home. No one pays attention or no management is scheduled which means you can pretty much do as you please. The only real pro to the job is most of the “agents” are fun people.

Cons

The building is infested with flees and bed bugs. Snakes also breed in the ceiling and fall on people. Most of the management team comes to work high or spends most of the day smoking in back of the building. Doing “favors” for someone in management will help you advance. Most complaints are brushed under the rug. The bathrooms are usually filthy and have bodily fluids everywhere. You will be promised incentives or advancements with no follow through. Nothing is kept confidential and once you report something the whole building will be made aware.
