Very employee focused culture, the management truly appears to be concerned that the team works well and well together. I am a brand new employee and the was walked through the on-boarding process by Diana who kept me very informed and made sure I was comfortable with the process! Diana was very open and made what is always a nerve racking process much more comfortable.

Cons

No cons have come up as of yet, but I am only 3 days into my career here at Battery Systems.
