Just hit my 8 year mark with Battery Systems. Overall this is a great company to work for. Very flexible and reliable job. They have really changed this company around for the better.

My Manager Louie Montoya is GREAT!!! My coworkers are amazing... Super helpful... Made me feel part of the Team from day one. I love coming to work.. Working hard is contagious with these group of guys here. Super excited to see what this company has in store for my future work plans. Diana Nguyen is an Amazing person!!!! Made the hiring process so easy. The Best person to represent Battery Systems... Five Star service.....HR position is in Great Hands....

I really appreciate the amazing cooperation within the sales team to work together to answer any customer technical question within minutes of a request for assistance. There is a real camaraderie here. Also, the company really seems to care about me/us personally. My manager reviews personal goals as well as professional goals with me regularly and is interested in my success. Fostering personal wellness is a big deal at Battery Systems.
