Salary and pay was great, team bonding was great

Cons

The accounting team is a revolving door of heads, creating lots of Accounting errors. The Team is doing better and attempting to correct mistakes, but the closing and reporting processes are absolutely painful. Terrible benefits, 401k, and bonus. It is a tough Company to work at with zero morale and motivation. There have been no promotions or vertical movement. HIG is going to fire sale this Company the second they get a chance.

The pay for delivery Driver isn't up to par with other companies offering $5 - $8 more an hour, no appreciation for hard workers and over loading. No holiday bonuses or perks to make it worthwhile. No signs of advancement. High turnover due to low starting pay.
