Will Murphy is an example of what a great boss should be. Compassionate, understanding, and family oriented. HR Supervisor Alayna is the best HR I have ever encountered in my 30 yrs of employment. Great response time, knowledgeable of all questions and such a warm person to talk to. Great benefits.

Cons

Just wish the wage would've been better and growth opportunities.

My team has a collaborative and inclusive work environment where I feel my voice is heard. My supervisor has a strong focus on personal and professional development and is a good mentor. I feel my well-being is genuinely cared about. Work-life balance is a priority. I feel my earning potential is very good in my current job. Senior and exec leadership have been making some great changes.
