Not worth the time or money

-401k matching -unlimited pto (but during holiday's you must put in 2 months in advice and is up to discretion of leads within your department) -ability to work remote

Cons

-extremely overworking toxic environment. Only appreciated based on numbers. management only sees quantity over quality. -WORST training. So much knowledge to know, so when calls come in from something you are not 100% trained on, you have to quickly type the question in a group chat and hope someone responds. If not, you create a ticket and assign to yourself. Since it's not something you're trained in, it requires assistance from others (who are consistently busy) so workload begins to pile up -tickets from previous employees are given to you to work on. No proper closure and you have to pretty much start from scratch again. -clients can be extremely rude due to consist bugs in system -management will talk about other employees like they're trash. they do not understand that their words will come back to bite them one day. -the only way you will get liked by management is if you work more than 9 hours and complete high number of tickets. otherwise, you are another basic member of the "team" -praise company culture during interview. from my experience, there is zero culture whatsoever. everyone is stressed, overworked, irritated, and counting down the seconds until the day is done

We are investing in this team to create a better training and onboarding experience for you to minimize the challenges you described. We are also expecting this additional training to reduce the stress on the job. You'll have resources at hand to assist clients during those first conversations. Understanding you're a current employee, you'll be given the opportunity to contribute to the development of these programs. We are also improving our recognition, we appreciate how hard each Solution Specialist works to give our clients a good experience.

Bad organization to work for!

decent salary, unlimited PTO, remote work

Cons

1. Lot of politics in company. 2. People in management lack business knowledge and are very mean if you raise your concerns. Also management is very unstable. 3. Ruined visa status of foreign workers in organization by not sending documents on time even after h1 getting picked in the lottery causing them to get denied. 4. No good development projects . They hire people for development and make them work on the support tickets even if employees do not like it and these things are not disclosed in job roles or interviews. 5. No proper technical leadership or training when new people join. 6. No growth opportunity in the organization. 7. Too much work load and people are expected to work extra time and on weekends as well without extra payment. 8. No appreciation at all!
