Pros

Control Air is a great place to work. The People here are awesome and the environment is very team oriented. There are many opportunities for growth and with the recent move to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan Structure, its a great option if you are serious about a career and not just looking for a job.

Cons

With the recent move to Employee Stock Ownership Plan there are some new policies and workflows being created so the company standards and organization is in flux.

Control Air is a growing company and with that comes some growing pains and changes this can be confusing or frustrating during transition.
