Sad company to work for. Pretends to push the “family” atmosphere, yet pays no attention to the amount of personnel who have resigned or are in process of resigning. Thinks giving a band aid to personnel fixes a severe problem. Upper management has no respect for staff and has no interest in competing with competitors to retain personnel. People keep quitting to go to competitors with higher wages, better benefits, and bonuses. Not only does the company not offer competitive wages, they don’t offer what every competitor offers in the form of benefits. They overpay unqualified staff and underpay overqualified staff. They refuse to acknowledge loyalty to the company and they refuse to advance with the times and think wages from 5 years ago is still competitive. They also refuse to grow as a company and think ideologies from 5 years ago at a different company will work at this company in the current time. As a former employee of the company, the company will continue to see more and more resignations if they do not start offering competitive wages and lose the ideology that existed years ago. They will also not be able to hire new employees because competitors are offering much more than what Control Air offers.
