Some great people I have met - not sure why they choose to work here

Cons

For employees with family the benefits are very expensive. 401k is a joke. Upper management is dysfunctional. Family owned company so lots of family and friends work here. That probably explains the recent “good” reviews posted here

Pros

Control Air Conditioning was a great company for me - not only in terms of personal and professional, but also in the way they demonstrated care for the community through their philanthropic efforts. My direct reports always responsive and I felt heard and cared for.

Cons

Given the size of the company, and having not worked in one as large, I felt a bit lost the first couple of weeks, and sometimes red-tape would get in the way. Some more training right up front would be very helpful.
