      -Great work environment. Everyone was really helpful and friendly when assistance was needed -Chance to grow and learn a lot about contracting and HVAC systems -Good opportunity for those interested in career in project management

      -Low pay -No formal training -Slow paced at times -No underground parking -High turnover rate

      Some great people I have met - not sure why they choose to work here

      Cons

      For employees with family the benefits are very expensive. 401k is a joke. Upper management is dysfunctional. Family owned company so lots of family and friends work here. That probably explains the recent “good” reviews posted here

      A great atmosphere with incredible people that work hard, care about their jobs and those around them.

      Parking can be tough to find sometimes with the incredible growth that is taking place here.
