Pros
I have been working here for 5 years, and my experience here has only been positive. My co-workers are always in a good mood, and are always there to help. Not only are they willing to help me with any questions, Management has been really involved in training everyone as well. I have seen a large push for training up the current employees to make sure that everyone is on the same level, and fully understands the HVAC industry.
What has meant the most to be me is the career path that they have me on. When I first started, management had a meeting with me, talked about where I wanted to go, and what the steps were to get there. Since then, I have been put in training, meetings, and job walks to get me to where I need to be. Also they encourage us to get credentials (LEED, DBIA, etc) to help us evolve with the HVAC industry. Everyone that I have talked with here has been helpful, and wants us to be successful.
This is a company that is striving to be the best. Not only are they helping the employees, they are giving to the many foundations, and to help the community. They have an aquaponics farm that gives the food to the homeless, and also help with Teen Challenge. There are many other ways that they give to the community, but knowing that this company gives to the community is another reason why I want to come here each day.
Cons
When I first started the training was rough, but since then its has improved dramatically.
