      Pros

      Potential for growth, industry average compensation and benefits, perks are nice depending on who you work for

      Cons

      Watch your back - incredible amount of politics, doublespeak and indecisiveness by upper management. Evading crossfire and not stepping in a landmine is a constant concern. Obtaining tools (laptops, cell phones) considered to be essential to your role can be substantially more of a headache than it needs to be due to inefficiencies and bureaucracy. Blatant lying about job responsibilities and false assurances take a toll on trust between employees and managers.

      Pros

      Great environment, very well organized. Managers really take care of the people working underneath them. Pay was good atmosphere was also positive

      Cons

      Not many I can think of, well the key fob in and out of every door is a littlehard to get used to and if youre going home and didnt correctly get scanned a building wide alarm goes off its really embarassing. Big building to get lost in and overwhelming amount of people to meet and know

      Pros

      the employees there generally work hard and care about their job and the company. The founders and owners of the company work right upstairs which is a little intimidating but they are happy and love what they do. They are only a California based company, but a very large company with three buildings and expanding. Most of the departments communicate on a daily basis. The provide great benefits for their employees. It's been a great experience.

      Cons

      Much like any job, there are definitely office politics. Some people are definitely a little sexist, but you generally work find a way to work around those people.
