Company rewards and acknowledges the needs of training to ensure staff are comfortable and keep on with CPD to allow for effective job knowledge. All in house operation from sales to manufacturing in the same building allowing for fluid connection between aspects of the business, with directors engaged on the sales floor allowing for information and leads to flow well with a good culture.
