Exciting, there's always something new happening, see on air talent all over, cool energy in the office! Also, the management is very keen in their ways, processes and systems.

Cons

Weekly Pay, opportunity to learn, that's about it. Thank you for forcing 150 characters on the stuff I like and not on the stuff that is disliked, you can now honestly say people wrote more about what they liked than disliked. Cool thing for a report when looking for funding.

Cons

Our use of technology is disjointed and old. We hide information and don't really feel like one company. Our leadership refers to coolsys as "they" and ABC as "us".
