Pros

Career advancemnt , pay, opportunities, tools , paid travel to and from jobs, training , access to information , plenty of work , one hundred fifty characters is a lot.

Cons

Im not sure why everything is such a popularity contest around here. This place is like high school. A lot of Condensending attitudes.

Pros

I value the relationships with my coworkers, customers, and getting the job done right. I also value how understanding our management has been when I’ve needed to take time off for family events or Sparta that I participate in throughout the year

Cons

More team bonding exercises, I enjoy getting to know my fellow technicians in an environment that’s not work related. I believe that in doing that we can create a stronger bond between us all and keep techs from leaving.

Pros

Safety is the most important. Family to see that we go home safe to family. I got tired of working for the mom and pop A/c companies. The bosses were no where near working here. I have been searching for 4-6 years. Wanting to fit in and still able to put food on the table. I’m very happy at Coolsys.

Cons

None that I can think of now.
