Pros
Nothing unless you are a favorite employee or a higher up. Then you can basically sit back and do whatever you want within reason.
Cons
Nepotism is strong here - several current employees have quit and been rehired multiple times simply because are either related to or are friends with the president and higher ups, Employees aren't valued and Management has little concern for you unless they favor/like you. If they do like you, well that'll let you be upwards of an hour late daily, go for a 30 minute coffee break immediately upon clocking in, be on your phone whenever you like and they will look the other way. Retention rate of employees is abysmal. The office staff changes less frequently save for the CSR team, who change almost weekly. The HVAC field techs quit after a few months because of the poor treatment they often receive. They tell you to and encourage lying to their own clients. Just the other day one of the account managers found out a branch screwed up so bad it was an OSHA violation, and instead of telling the client their goal was to cover it up so they wouldn't be at fault. Your own coworkers will argue with you constantly since every group acts independently, and when you ask your manager for help they will tell you there isn't anything they can do.
