Great benefits but alright pay

Pros

The benefits are great! you get a $0.50 per hour if you are there all week (about $20 extra on paycheck). My supervisor and Greenhat are great people. If you work in evisceration you have a great chance of getting overtime constantly

Cons

Long days, Never a guaranteed set time of when the day is over (4:00 is the latest you'll stay) so it's hard to make plans after work at times. They are currently trying to up the kill count while understaffed making long stressful days. especially when a machine or the line breaks down, which is a daily thing
