Pros

Supervisors are actually your friends and stick up for you as much as they can to their higher ups. It’s cliche, but it really is like a family and if you’re a nice friendly hardworking person they accept you from your first night. Awesome benefits, totally free company clinic if you’re on their insurance. I’ve used it and it’s helped me so much when I’ve needed it.

Cons

Rushing team members to finish their job to turn it over to first shift gets stressful, in the busy season you work 7 days a week. In the winter you don’t get as many hours so the checks are a bit short. Attendance policy is progressively becoming more strict. 2nd shift often has to work 12 hour shifts, from 3pm to 3am.
