      Pros

      The company has great benefits and the pay is good. You have to work to get paid but the company has provided as many amenities as they can without going overboard. The climate is comfortable and the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Communications are definitly lacking, information is not always passed shift to shift.

      Pros

      I worked at Cooper for 5 years and I honestly can't say enough kind words about them. Everyone was great, even the "big wigs". I left due to personal reasons, but I definitely miss my cooper family.

      Cons

      Some of the downsides are it takes a very long time to get hired on permanently. It also gets very hot inside during the summer. The area I worked in never had a functioning air conditioner and we weren't allowed to have a fan either so some summer days were quite miserable.
