Pros
Lotsa work. A seven day 12 hour per day work week. There is nothing else... So, if you work in manufacturing or production, go and chase that little money! Its so hot... Its HELL hot in the summer months!
Cons
No work life balance! Horrible medical plan. They offer you the standard vacation but based on an 8 hour day and a 40 hour work week, not the 12 hour per day monstrosity that they throw you in. Here in North Carolina. CSA DOES NOT care about its workers! Those rubber seals are a cash cow for the company to the automotive industry.
