      Pros

      The company would hire you and give you an opportunity to work long hours and plenty of overtime. Room for lateral advancement. If you are ex military, you are appreciated here.

      Cons

      The company lost its ASQ or some kind of certification that prohibited it from bidding on new jobs. Since they lost the ability to acquire new business they laid off about 2/3 of their production staff in 2014. Benefits were the cheapest available so the RX plan was horrible. They will overwork you to death. Breaks and lunches are short over a 12 hour schedule. Goldman Sachs are the owners of this company so that should tell you that they only care about the shareholders and NEVER the employees. Raises are minimal at best... nickles!

      best reasons to work at Cooper Standard is fast paced environment is never dull. people are friendly, middle management is good

      Cons

      have to work a lot of hours 7 days a week, no time off, very hot inside plant especially during the summer
