- Company appears to be failing and constantly making awful decisions in order to save money
- Money is the ONLY priority of this company (they went bankrupt in the 2000s and now are constantly trying to please shareholders)
- Impossible to get proper tools, training, or equipment that is desperately needed to do even the most basic job (took a year to get a toolbox and a half useful set of tools)
- Crazy poor treatment of people by management despite always getting emails about how fair and ethical the company is. They have blatantly ignored major personnel issues, conflicts, harassment claims, etc. when it is not convenient to them to do anything about it.
- Have never seen such an 'us vs. them' mentality in a company. A corporate group will come in to assist in a project, but it really turns into a we do it our way and you don't get to ask any questions parade. However, they typically do a poor job and then leave and blame everyone else for the failures. It is a very low skill company, which would be fine, except the arrogance levels are through the roof for what they are capable of from a technical level
- No training for the floor workers, then throw them out in new projects and act shocked when the turnover rate is high
- The work life balance was good for a couple years before they closed 2 other plants and consolidated the equipment in ours, all while only hiring a couple extra people. Now they expect everyone to drop their life to support their bad business move
- The list goes on and on, but all signs point to a company that is struggling financially, is slowly dying, and doesn't know what to do about it.
