You are just a number there is no appreciation for employees. They say things are kept confidential but that’s not true.

Terrible culture

Steady overtime, average around 58 hrs a week. New plant manager was great upgrade for front office

Cons

Culture is worst i have ever seen, do not appreciate workers, treat workers terrible. Would not let me wear my own n95 mask for covid and workers would not wear masks given out over their nose. I was walked off the plant floor for wearing an n95 mask in explaining I lived with someone who had COPD and did not feel comfortable not wearing an n95 mask. This is why I left.

Our HSE team provided guidelines to employees about the use of N95s in our facilities, which address situations where employees would like to bring their own equipment.
