      Pros

      Get to work with people who are friendly, respectful, and intelligent. Love my company, office, and benefits. PTO and holidays are awesome and so is insurance/401(k).

      Cons

      Automotive can be old school in certain aspects.

      Pros

      They are very people-oriented that gives back to the community and those in need. The leadership team is made up of good, honest people. Strong on innovation. Four weeks of vacation for everyone, even new hires. Directors and some managers still get a car allowance.

      Cons

      Recent reorg to a global structure now has too many leaders that are difficult to reach and less engaged in regional issues. This drives added cost in an environment where they are cutting back everything else. Haven't had a bonus in two almost years. Merit increases were put on hold as well.
