      Constant re-orgs and cutbacks limit opportunities for growth. Some areas very dis-organized so it drags everything down.

      Decent company, good people, competitive pay and benefits

      Cons

      Used to be a good place to work, I would hesitiate to recommend as an employer now and it's getting worse. The near term outlook is not positive, look at the trend for the stock price and draw your own conclusions.
