      Teammates are great, but organization lacks leadership and communication

      The employees are some of the best to work with - strong teamwork

      Cons

      Much of the Leadership team is terrible with communication and lacks formal training and professional etiquette. Not all employees are treated and developed equally and employee engagement needs a lot of work.

      Decent pay and benefits. I need 20 words minimum and I can't think of anything else good to say right now.

      Cons

      Management that doesn't know how to manage or treat their employees with respect. Management support is crappy when dealing with internal or external customers. Company doesn't care about their people as individuals. They just keep piling the work on even if it is driving people into the ground. Crappy review system which in the end is based on how much your boss does/doesn't like you (not how well you do or don't do at your job). Not properly staffed at working level, very management heavy.
