      Pros

      Very good company to work for. Very employee friendly and have benefits package to prove it. Some changes to medical plan but overall the benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      Need more training. Large company. A lot of locations and employees so many decisions are made at the corporate level not considering the impact at the Plant level. Culture at the Plant locations can not be created from a corporate office.

      best reasons to work at Cooper Standard is fast paced environment is never dull. people are friendly, middle management is good

      Cons

      have to work a lot of hours 7 days a week, no time off, very hot inside plant especially during the summer
