The new strategy and direction the Company is going = opportunity, rewards, recognition, support, fairness, and most of all great people to work with etc.

401k option is pretty good. Vacation time for employees that have been there for a while. There is a lot of good people working at Coorstek.

Cons

There is no promotion for current employees. They consistently hire new employees instead of giving current ones a good career path to advance. Most of the time the new employees are paid more than longtime employees and more often than not the new hires can't handle the job or the environment. The new benefit package is horribly expensive if you actually go to the doctor. I could go on and on.....way too many cons.

I can*t think of any.

Cons

The pay rate is low, very little training. It is like working at a daycare. They make impossible goals to reach. HR is a joke.
