Pros

Pro? I was able to omit this joke of a company from my resume. It literally adds no value to any reputable automotive career. If you have a positive review of this department you are either a management pet or have had it really rough at previous jobs. Really rough.

Cons

Working long hours in a telemarketing phone room environment with useless middle management lackeys micromanaging every minute of your work days. Constant policy changes and no real vision from the senior management. A "wing it" atmosphere with no real structure or tools but plenty of reporting for performance management purposes. High performing agents are allowed to lie, cheat and steal from customers and other coworkers as long as they meet or exceed their quotas.

Pros

After 15 minutes of thinking of something to put here, I gave up. If it prevents your foreclosure, take the job but stay on your job search. You will hate it here, I promise you. Read ALL of the reviews.

Cons

Sharing hotel rooms with strangers on every company trip, bad management, low pay, cronyism, lack of technology, no voicemail, outdated business processes, no checks and balances for management, clueless upper management, no room for advancement, excessive turnover, they delight in terminating people, general managers do no work and rarely even show up to work, lack of communication between branches, no spirit of teamwork, individualistic thinking on all levels, they'd rather refund all day that fix the problem, they delight in working in confusion, they do not value education hence all the problems above, hiring sub-par employees as opposed to paying to get valuable employees, sweeping everything under the rug, general managers and regional managers not held accountable, HR is a joke, lower level employees have no protection against self-serving actions of managers (personal or professional) and therefore employees are subject to abuse of bad AGMs, GMs, and RMs.
