No response to emails salaries what is promised will not be provided HR will not update you about anything if you requested for and they will trouble you the extent relieving will not be given nor FNF to be honest please don't not join rather apply some where else to avoid all this you energy and your struggle all will go in water

1. HR activities for entry and exit process is good. 2. Some teams have very good learning opportunities(only if you request and force them, you get these opportunities).

Cons

1. QAs are not valued much especially by higher management. They dont consider your concerns. 2. Immature and stubborn attitude of offshore QA management especially in yards team. Higher management do not conduct skip level meetings on leads/manager. 3. QAs are highly discriminated by higher management. 4. You cant trust any of your team members if you are in yards team. Greedy environment and blame games all the time.
