Worst place ever to work, managers HATE their own staff.

Great team work from peers. met nice customers, free office coffee, learned how to drive a loader and a forklift.

Cons

Short staffed, long hours, ungrateful management, no staff appreciation, extremely high turnover executive staff out of touch and narrow minded.

Pros

Able to spend time indoors and outside Wheel loaders are fun to drive! Running your own business (but remember, big brother is always looking)

Cons

Poor upper management- very few have college degrees and it shows. You're unofficially encouraged to fire people to keep the rest of the workers "on track" Audits - you will grow to hate that word. 3-4 computer audits per year and one physical. They expect perfection. If you call below 80% two times and you're gone.
