Pros

Decent pay, stay work, transparent, good benefits and stock plan. Fun, fast paced environment with right managers in place. Get to touch lots of vehicles most would normally never have the chance. Auction is something to experience along with learning the insurance side.

Cons

Forced overtime unscheduled(5:01pm load outs), difficult to move beyond loader or title/dispatcher, understaffed yards. Cannot purchase any auction vehicles, no post time work with anyone affiliated with copart. Limited in options to help customers, extreme safety rules(understandable but think there should be more emphasis of ability and not keeping the obvious unsafe operators on equipment before and after certain accidents) on loading and helping a customer load a destroyed vehicle. Company need to figure out how 180 different yards can with seamlessly together.

Pros

Family Oriented, lots of overtime, Very busy so day goes by fast. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm company. (or at least those are supposed to be the work hours.)

Cons

Not able to leave at 5pm even though the office is technically closed, because every assignment that was received that day has to be called on.

Pros

A strong company with a consistent track record of success in our endeavors. I saw that in an inclusive manner, and you are ultimately able to see the impact you have on the company as a whole. A strong focus on continuous improvement while recognizing the achievements of their individual contributors. A refreshing take on accountability through encouragement to "own" the facility operations, while having the backing of a financially stable and strong organization.

Cons

Communication has improved, but always has room for opportunity.
