Pros

Benefits are decent, pay is ok. Usually close to home if you live in rural area's. Monday - Friday mostly, few weekends.

Cons

Lack of training. Lack of advancement. Lots of office drama. Lack of concern for staff or contract employees. Management is disrespectful.

Toxic Lower Management...

Pros

Free food sometimes but that's about it.

Cons

Where should I start first of all there is no room to grow. The environment is so toxic with management politics that one can't even breathe.I agree with the other review regarding the particular lady manager .She got her relative hired thru another manager as a favor.Relative came and went as they please usually and hour late in the morning and an hour early in the evening along with work from home as their heart desires, and all the credit of her team's hard work was taken by her. She is technically a big zero, specializes in taking the credit for the work that her team does. Upper management was aware of it but they chose to ignore . People here don't want to take full time and full timers are quitting because there is no scope of growth. Its a junk car company so they treat their employees full time or interns like junk.Compensation sucks with no bonuses.Special advice to fellow UTD students don't even bother applying here you will get scarred for life.

Pros

The Company continues to show growth and the potential for advancement, if the employee is willing to make many sacrifices.

Cons

Long hours, salaried personnel are not compensated in any way for the continuous extra hours required to adhere to unrealistic Company objectives. Male dominated culture.
