      Overall it's a great company to work....Roy, great GM (atleast when I worked there)

      Cons

      Can't think of any.....people tend to forget that this is a large company that places rules and regulations in place to cover all bases including employees....yes they have rules and regulations and not all are exciting but lets be real, this is a company that's in the market to make money and not entertain staff.....

      Coworkers are a great group of guys, benefits are great, pay is alright

      Cons

      Management differs from location to location but they need to be more involved in training and understanding the working of the yard on a day to day basis. Sometimes hostile work environment.
