      The pay is on time, it is very low and unstable and fluctuate time to time though.

      Pros

      Copart is a very stable company that has a ton of opportunities to make an impact on the productivity and profitability of the company. The company has gone through several several strategy changes recently and as a result there were some unplanned layoffs. This has affected the morale of the personnel, but kudos to the management team for learning from the mistakes and taking accountability.

      Pros

      The company provides excellent opportunity for those willing to work hard. If you take care of the company the company will take are of you. Senior management allows opportunity for advancement for top performers who show loyalty, dedication, and the skills needed to do the job.

      Cons

      Tough goals but that's not really a con.
