Pros

Fair pay, lots of work, constant change. Ambitious. Stable financially. Forced relocation to Dallas might be a plus for some.

Cons

Politics, zero accountability, goals often don't make sense. Staff not valued. Zero trust. Inability to deliver. Tendency to selectively copy larger companies without any understanding of the impact. All major IT initiatives over the last several years have been disastrous. Lots of outsourcing.

Pros

Expectations are extremely well defined. Everything you do is based on an automated audit score, so as long as you have high audit scores, you will do fine as an employee.

Cons

Their expectations are unrealistic, and at times, managers expect employees to fudge on paperwork / computer system in order to pass audit scores. Also, the only customer service they care about is to the insurance companies and not to the buyers (whom are in the office most often).
