      Pros

      At copart you will mainly be working 40hrs a week not often forces to work over time...which is good.

      Cons

      You are forced to work 40hrs no matter what and you have to wear business casual attire even though you never meet any clients or anything..its such a waste.

      Step back into IT as it was 8 years ago.

      Pros

      The pay is ok to above market for IT. Casual pace and not much pressure. Web team is using new tech, iPhone development is new.

      Cons

      CIO and Chief Architect is clueless. If you want to work on poorly designed DB2/AS400 systems that come from the IBM 360 era this is the place for you. Java/web team has their act together but the database architect has no idea what he is doing. AVOID this place unless you just need a paycheck and can tolerate incomptence.

      Pros

      Copart..Bleeding blue was a true feeling. However in the past few years with the Chairman taking a back seat, new management has taken away the feeling you were with the team in making decisions.

      Cons

      Loyalty and love company is not respected. New management has put a wall between the Corprate Ivory tower and the field. As a sales rep I saw the wall being built
