      Pros

      This company is mostly recession proof because of their contracts with car insurance companies. Good company for people to get experience in auction or auto industry.

      Cons

      This company is sort of like a pyramid scheme. Everyone is kept in their position with no room for growth unless you're willing to get your hands dirty.

      Pros

      Job stability, promotion from within, great people to work with. Copart is a leader for very good reasons. They have very knowledgeable and keen leaders who know the "in's and outs" of the auto industry. They have revolutionized the auto auction process and have the largest market share in the auto salvage business.

      Cons

      Constant surveillance of daily activities. Every job function you do has to abide by a specific set of criteria, which demises creativity. Lack of technological advances, computer terminals, and integration of applications for employees. Telephone first, email is last option and a pain to use. 80% of workforce is over 40years.

      Pros

      Friendly employees, very stable company with a unique niche in the salvage auction industry. Lots of potential here! 80% blue collar, 20% white collar -- they've been known to promote from within even across that boundary.

      Cons

      Ditto... 80% blue collar 20% white collar employer -- Half the health care options for twice the price. Medium pay.
