      Pros

      No experience is necessary. Very relaxed and casual environment.

      Cons

      Very sales-oriented, quota needs to be met, minimal training. You will be required to work after hours on regular basis. The benefits offered are very minimal so if you are looking for full benefits you won't get them here. No company phone or phone allowance although you will be expected to use your phone for business all the time.

      I love working at this company. They have great core values and mutual respect for all employees. The salary is awesome and the pay structure is limitless. I can't say enough good about this company
